Africa Travel Shows is a professional tourism and culture event,
operated under Africa Travel Shows. Attendance is open to specific
attendees as outlined below.

Consumer Registration and Admission

Consumer tickets for Saturday 13 September, 2025 are available for £15
per person.

Payment must be made during the online registration process.

Consumers must pre-register through our website at
africatravelshows.com
to secure entry and guarantee access to all
exhibition halls, performances, and food/music showcases.

On-the-day registration will also be available at the event, but
pre-registration is strongly encouraged to avoid delays.

Once registered, e-badges will be issued, which will need to be
printed or downloaded to gain entry.

Consumer e-badges are non-transferable and must match the name on
the registration.
Badges and Registration

All attendees must be pre-registered and carry a valid e-badge.

E-badges must be protected from liquids, not folded, and must
display the correct name and date.

All attendees may be asked to show photo ID to validate their
badge.

E-badges are non-transferable. Any badge misuse may result in
removal from the event.

Forgotten badges will require reprinting at the registration desk.
To avoid delays, attendees are strongly encouraged to print or
download their e-badge in advance.
Dress Code

Trade Day (12 Sept): Business attire is required.

Consumer Day (13 Sept): Smart casual or cultural dress encouraged.
Students

Students pursuing Travel & Tourism or related studies are welcome
on Saturday 13 September, 2025 only and must have pre-registered with
accompanying tutors or college representatives.

A limited number of student entries will be permitted on a
first-come, first-served basis and will require Organiser
approval.

Students must comply with the event’s Student Code of Conduct.
Code of Conduct

Badge holders must not allow their badge to be used by any other
individual.

No one under 16 years of age will be permitted access unless
attending with prior authorisation for cultural performances or
youth activities.

Canvassing, leafleting, or demonstrations without authorisation
are prohibited.

Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will lead to immediate
removal from the venue.

Attendees are asked to respect all cultural performances and
refrain from loud disruptions during scheduled stage and forum
activities.
Photography & Media Policy

Official photographers will be present. By attending the event,
you consent to being photographed and/or filmed.

Africa Travel Shows reserves the right to use event photography
and videography for marketing and promotional purposes.

Press and media must present valid accreditation, such as a media
ID or letter from an editor. Sales and advertising staff will not
be issued media badges.

By registering for the event, you consent to your data being used
to communicate relevant event information, post-event updates, and
to facilitate networking opportunities with exhibitors or
speakers.

Refuse admission or remove attendees for breach of policy
