- Free Press Passes: Tiered access options including all-access, forum-only, and backstage (subject to approval).
- Media Lounge: Dedicated space with Wi-Fi, refreshments, and preview materials.
- VIP Media Briefing: Exclusive closed-door session with key speakers and partners.
2. Pre-Event Media Preview (14 May 2025)
- Content Opportunities: Capture interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and testimonials during the preview event.
- Promotional Use: Use content for teasers or editorial pitches leading up to the September event.
3. Content Inclusion and Coverage
- Scheduled Interviews: Book exclusive slots with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
- Live Coverage Booth: Dedicated booth for live streaming or reporting from the event.
- Photo & Video Access: Official photography and B-roll available for media use.
4. Confirmed Media Outreach
- Invitations: Formal invites extended for the September event.
- Exclusive Content: Tailored access or content based on your publication’s focus.

- Eligibility: This registration process is strictly for specially invited local businesses with an invitation code. Please ensure you have received the code via email or direct contact.

- Access: Only registered individuals with valid badges will be granted access to the event.

- Badge must be printed at home – no printing facilities available on-site
